There are 2 primary ways we invite you to ask for help.
- at the bottom right of your screen, you will see a little icon. When you click on it, you will open up a window that allows you to search through our help content or send us a message
- in the menu, you will see a 'Support' option, which takes you to a page containing a form, that you can use to email us
